Customer hereby represents and warrants to Electronic Funds Source LLC (“EFS”) that (i) the signatory below (“Authorized Representative”) is duly authorized to execute this EFS Master Services Agreement (CPS) on behalf of the company listed above (“Customer”). Customer hereby agrees (i) to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in the Agreement and any corresponding attachments, exhibits or schedules, as amended from time to time, including without limitation those certain EFS General Terms and Conditions (CPS) as in effect on the date hereof, a copy of which is available at http://efsllc.com/docs/default-source/legal/CPS-Terms.pdf (collectively, the “Agreement”), each of which is hereby incorporated herein. By signing below, Customer and EFS acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
