CONTRACT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2018, by and among DOWNTOWN SALISBURY, INC., a North Carolina nonprofit corporation (hereinafter the “Seller”), EMPIRE HOTEL HOLDINGS, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (hereinafter the “Purchaser”) and THE CITY OF SALISBURY, a North Carolina public body corporate and politic (hereinafter the “City”).
