THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT is made by and between Gimmal LLC, a Texas limited liability company with offices at 24 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77046 (“Gimmal”), and Sanctuary Group, with offices at the address set forth in “Client Information” below (“Client”). Gimmal and Client may be referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
