This CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of January, 2018, by and between the TOWN OF LYONS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, with offices at 432 5th Avenue, Lyons, Colorado 80540 (the “Town” or “Owner”), and Colt & Steel Corporation, a Colorado corporation with offices at 2150 W. 6th Avenue, Unit G, Broomfield, Colorado 80020 (the "Contractor").
