In exchange for the consideration consisting of increased product exposure and publicity, Grantor hereby grants to Grantee and Grantee’s assigns, licensees, and successors the nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use for advertising, promotional, commercial and other business purposes in Grantor’s Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits (the “Publication”), the images owned by Grantor named and described herein, including but not limited to images of trademarks and brand names owned by Grantor (“Image” or “Images”) and provided by Grantor to Grantee. The Images may be used in conjunction with other photographic images. Images may be used in any form of media, including but not limited to electronic or hard-copy. Grantee may make modifications to any Image.
