This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between You governs Your use of the Opero Services. Capitalized terms have the definitions set forth herein. By accepting this Agreement, either by (i) accessing or using a Service, or authorizing or permitting any User to access or use a Service, or (ii) clicking a box indicating acceptance, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement with respect to the purchase, access, use, and support of the Service as of the date of such access or use of the Service (the “Effective Date”).
