THIS SUBLEASE AGREEMENT ("Sublease” or “Sublease Agreement”) is made effective the 1st day of March, 2023, by and between Community Center for the Arts, a Wyoming non-profit corporation, (“Prime Lessor”), Teton County School District No. 1, State of Wyoming (“Tenant”), and Fremont County Community College District, operating as Central Wyoming College, a Wyoming non-profit corporation (“Subtenant”).
