The following terms and conditions are additional clauses under the Stran Technologies IT Services, LLC Subcontract Agreement (hereinafter “the Agreement,” “this Agreement,” or “Agreement”) entered into by Stran Technologies IT Services, LLC (“Contractor”) and Subcontractor, as defined by the Agreement. Only those clauses that are applicable based on the circumstances of the Agreement shall be considered incorporated into this Agreement. The Subcontractor agrees to comply with all applicable flow-down clauses while performing Work governed by this Agreement.
