This First Amendment to the Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective November 8, 2018, by and between the School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (the “District”) and Principle Woods, Inc., a Florida corporation, d/b/a Teengagement (the “Contractor”) (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”). The Parties, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, agree as follows:
