In as much as I have agreed to retain San Diego Model Management Inc. to represent my child in model bookings and pay them a 20% fee for service, and that I retain control over the manner in which my child will carry out their job performance, including location, timing, compensation, and whether I will let my child take the booking, this agreement certifies that I and my child are independent contractors and not employees of San Diego Model Management Inc.
