This Environmental Cost Sharing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of December , 2002, by and among the COACHELLA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a California county water district ("CVWD"); the IMPERIAL IRRIGATION DISTRICT, a California irrigation district ("IID"); THE METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, a California metropolitan water district ("MWD"); and the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, a California county water authority ("SDCWA") (CVWD, IID, MWD and SDCWA are sometimes referred to individually in this Agreement as "Party" and collectively as the "Parties").
