THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of SEPTEMBER, 2020, by and between LAKE FOREST CONDO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as the “ASSOCIATION,” on behalf of all the owners and Summit Property Maintenance, Inc., the “SITE MAINTENANCE MANAGER” and hereinafter referred to as the “SITE MANAGER.”
