(“Recipient”), and Unical Aero, Inc., a corporation having its principal address at 680 South Lemon Avenue, City of Industry, CA 91789 (“Discloser”). The parties wish to protect and preserve the confidential and/or proprietary nature of certain information and materials of Discloser that may be disclosed or made available to Recipient in connection with certain discussions, negotiations or dealings between the parties relating to the manufacture of aircraft parts (the “Purpose”).
