WHEREAS the Licensee is the Registered Owner of Parcel 2077 in the Register for Lamarche and Glackmeyer, being Lot Number 93 on Plan M-114 North Bay, and has requested permission to use a portion of Railway Street in the Town of Cochrane, (being part of Parcel 1530 in the Register for Lamarche and Glackmeyer), which is adjacent to his property for the limited purpose of placing a garage and driveway for use related to his residence;
