Cottonwood Heights (“Cottonwood Heights”), Draper City (“Draper”), the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy (“MWDSLS”), Park City Municipal Corporation (“Park City”), Sandy City (“Sandy”), Salt Lake City (“SLC”), Salt Lake County (“Salt Lake County”), Summit County (“Summit County”), the Town of Alta (“Alta”), Utah Department of Transportation (“UDOT”), Utah Transit Authority (“UTA”), and Wasatch County (“Wasatch County”). Each is individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
