THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between the first party, the Jefferson Community & Technical College, Carrollton Campus, 324 E. Main St. Carrollton, Kentucky and the second party, Carroll County Board of Education (hereafter referred to as Provider) on this 20th day of May, 2014.
