This Interconnection Agreement (the “MFN Agreement”), is being entered into by and between Wisconsin Bell, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Wisconsin (“AT&T Wisconsin”) and Comlink, L.L.C. d/b/a Netrino, LLC (“CLEC”), (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”), pursuant to Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (“the Act”).
