(“Agreement”) is executed on the later of the two dates the Agreement is signed below, between the District of Columbia, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “District”), acting by and through the D.C. Department of For-Hire Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as “Grantor” or “DFHV”), and the Grantee identified above (hereinafter, collectively, “the Parties”).
