This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiff JOSE ALFONSO MACEDO (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant CLAUD TOWNSLEY, INC. d/b/a “Central Roofing Co.” (“CTI”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and CTI collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.” Pursuant to the request of the California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles, the Parties hereby intend that this Agreement supplant the First Amended Class Action Settlement Agreement And Class Notice, dated September 28, 2022, in order to effectuate the Court’s approval of this Agreement.
