THIS GRANT CONTRACT (“Contract”) is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, a county and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor", and Firth Rural Fire District, a rural fire protection district and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". Sponsor and Grantee may be referred to individually as a “Party,” or collectively as “the Parties.”
