This Agreement and Disclosure Statement (“Agreement”) between Bellco Credit Union (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and you covers your , Visa Platinum, Colorado Rewards Visa Platinum , Blue Diamond Visa Signature account(s) (the “Account”) and any duplicate, renewed, or substituted Card (the “Card”). This Agreement also governs the issuance and use of Convenience Checks, Balance Transfers, and Cash Advances. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “your” mean the individual who applied for the Account by completing an Account application, and all individuals to whom we issue Cards at your request, (collectively, the “Authorized Users”). You and we are sometimes collectively called the “Parties” and individually a “Party”. By applying for the Card or by signing or using the Card, you have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
