Presenter hereby grants to M.O.C.H.A. a royalty-free, perpetual right to use, copy, display, distribute the Presentation, with the right to sublicense. Presenter agrees to indemnify and defend M.O.C.H.A. and its personnel against all liabilities, costs and expensesany of them suffer based on any allegation that the Presentation infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property.
