This Agreement is a contract between the Client as identified in the Client Application Form, and Lucror Ltd (“Lucror”) registered at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It sets out the terms under which Lucror will provide its services to Clients. Please read it carefully and seek clarification of any points that may be unclear. The terms set out will come into effect, and the rights and obligations of the parties will apply, from the date of signing of this Agreement.
