(“Company”), having offices located at 600 Townsend Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, California 94104, and the City of Austin (“Customer”), a home-rule municipality incorporated by the State of Texas, with offices located at 5010 Old Manor Road, Austin, Texas 78723 (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
