This Lucky Savers Credit Union Participation Agreement (Agreement) is made and entered into as of the day of 20 , by and between Credit Union (Credit Union), a (state/federal) chartered credit union with its principal place of business located at , the New York Credit Union Association (NYCUA), a not-for-profit trade association, with its principal place of business located at 1021 Watervliet Shaker Road #3, Albany, NY 12205 and CU Solutions Group, Incorporated (CUSG), a subsidiary of the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL), with its principal place of business located at 38695 West Seven Mile Road, Suite 200, Livonia, MI 48152 (each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).
