ASPEN operates a technology platform and application (the “Aspen Platform”) that connects individuals in need of medication consultations (“Patients”) with licensed professionals in the business of providing such services. PHARMACIST desires to enter into this Agreement for the right to access and utilize the Aspen Platform to search for medication consultation opportunities. Along with ASPEN’s Website Terms of Use Agreement (the “Terms of Use”), available at https://community.aspenrxhealth.com/termsofuse and hereby incorporated by reference herein, this Agreement governs PHARMACIST’s use of the Aspen Platform, and establishes the parties’ respective rights and obligations with respect to the medication consultation opportunities made available to PHARMACIST.
