This Passport Access Order Form (this “Order Form”) is entered into by and between Kinder Morgan, with offices at 1001 Louisiana, Houston, Texas 77002 (“Kinder Morgan”), and the Licensee identified below, and is effective upon Kinder Morgan’s acceptance of this Order Form. Licensee acknowledges that it has read, understood and agrees to be bound by this Order Form and Passport Agreement Terms and Conditions, which taken together all constitute a legally binding agreement.
