This Agreement Regarding Chamber of Commerce Funding and Support (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of July 2013 (“Effective Date”) by and between CITY OF AZUSA (“City”) and the AZUSA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (the “Chamber”). The City and Chamber are sometimes individually referred to herein as “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties”. This Agreement shall be effective for the duration of one year, until the day of June 30, 2014.
