THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement" or "Operating Agreement") of ABC LEASE ASSOCIATES, L.L.C., an Illinois limited liability company (the "Company"), is entered into and executed as of , by and among Able Adams ("Adams"), Ben Baker (“Baker”) and Charles Clark ("Clark").
