The undersigned Dealer proposes to sell to Meridian Buyers Group, LLC (“MBG”), from time to time, Promissory Notes, Security Agreements, Retail Installment Contracts, Conditional Sales Contracts, or other instruments (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contracts”) evidencing installment payment obligations owing to Dealer arising from the sale of motor vehicles. It is understood that MBG shall have the sole discretion to determine which Contracts it will purchase from said Dealer.
