AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made to be effective the 12th day of June 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Teton County School District No 1, State of Wyoming, of 1235 Gregory Lane, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (“TCSD”), and Wyoming Department of Game & Fish, State of Wyoming, of 5400 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009 (“Connectee" or “WGFD”). Collectively TCSD and Connectee shall be referred to as the “Parties” and individually a “Party.”
