The Water Authority of Candlewood Knolls Community Inc., upon receipt of the applicable payment and verification that property owners are current on their Candlewood Knolls taxes, will permit the connection of the private house service to the Community water main for seasonal or yearly use as applicable. For seasonal users, service may be extended for two months as noted below. The conditions of service are the same as those listed in this Contract, and the Rules and Regulations published by the Candlewood Knolls Water Authority. Yearly water service is from April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025.
