This Stipulation is hereby made and agreed to by and between TERRACOM, Inc. (“TERREACOM”), and the South Dakota Telecommunications Association (“SDTA”) (TERRACOM and SDTA are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”). The Parties request the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission (the “Commission”) incorporate this Stipulation into any Order entered in this Docket.
