These Terms and Conditions (the “Conditions”) shall apply to all contracts for the charter of aircraft from Arena Aviation Ltd (“ARENA”) and shall automatically form an integral part of any Agreement (defined below). No variation of the Conditions shall be effective unless agreed in writing by ARENA.
