by and between Pacific Maritime Association (hereinafter called “the Association”), on behalf of its members (here- inafter designated as “the Employers” or the “individual employer”), and the International Longshore and Ware- house Union (hereinafter designated as “the Union”), on behalf of itself and each and all of its longshore locals in California, Oregon and Washington (hereinafter designated as “longshore locals”) and all employees performing work under the scope, terms and conditions of this Contract Doc- ument. This Contract Document is a part of the ILWU-PMA Pacific Coast Longshore and Clerks’ Agreement.
