the parties agree that it mutually beneficial and desirable to arrange and maintain lair and earnings, wage rates, and working conditions, to obtain efficient operations to protect the safety and health of employees, and to provide machinery for the adjustment of disputes which may arise between the parties hereto. It is the desire of both to work together harmoniously in promoting their mutual interest in the maintenance efficient operations in the Company's Lethbridge Therefore, the Company and Union agree as follows:
