This Continuing Disclosure Agreement of Issuer dated as of December 1, 2022 (this “Disclosure Agreement”) is executed and delivered by and between the City of Austin, Texas (the “Issuer”), P3Works, LLC (the “Administrator”) and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association (the “Dissemination Agent”), with respect to the Issuer’s “Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2022 (Whisper Valley Public Improvement District Improvement Area #2)” (the “Bonds”).
