In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center, located at 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GRC") and L3 Technologies, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies, Inc., acting solely and exclusively through its wholly owned subsidiary Maritime Power & Energy Solutions, Inc., located at 901 E. Ball Road, Anaheim, CA 92805-5916 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "L3Harris"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
