This First Amendment ("Amendment") is entered into between Physicians for a Healthy California ("PHC") and San Bernardino County, through its Arrowhead Regional Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency ("Grantee") (each a "Party" or collectively the "Parties"), with reference to the Grantee Agreement which became effective July 1, 2020 ("Agreement").
