These Asset Vision, LLC (“AV”) Standard Terms and Conditions apply to Customer’s access to and use of the AV Software and Related Services. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the AV Master Services Agreement. These Standard Terms and Conditions, together with the AV Master Services Agreement, constitute the “Agreement” between the parties.
