This Affiliation Agreement made and entered into this 15th day of March 2021, by and between The University of Phoenix, Inc., an Arizona for-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “UNIVERSITY” and Monrovia Unified School District, an entity domiciled in the State of California, hereinafter referred to as the “SCHOOL.”
