This Amended Life Insurance Endorsement Method Split Dollar Plan Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of December 31, 2006, and is entered into by and between Central Valley Community Bank (the “Bank”) and Shirley Wilburn (the “Insured”), each a “Party” and together the “Parties.” This Agreement amends in its entirety that certain Life Insurance Endorsement Method Split Dollar Plan Agreement dated April 17, 2001 by and between the Bank and Insured, which was subsequently amended by the Parties on February 1, 2005 (as amended, the “Prior Agreement”).

This Amended and Restated Life Insurance Endorsement Method Split Dollar Plan Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of December 31, 2006, and is entered into by and between Central Valley Community Bank (the “Bank”) and Daniel J. Doyle (the “Insured”), each a “Party” and together the “Parties.” This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety that certain Life Insurance Endorsement Method Split Dollar Plan Agreement dated June 7, 2000 by and between the Bank and Insured, which was subsequently amended by the Parties on April 29, 2002 (as amended, the “Prior Agreement”).
