This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective July 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Texas A&M University System (hereafter referred to as “TAMUS”), an agency of the state of Texas, and Greyhill Advisors (hereafter referred to as “PROVIDER”). TAMUS and PROVIDER are sometimes hereafter referred to as “Party” individually or “Parties” collectively).
