Diamondbackers Sports Association, (Diamondbackers) agrees to install and lease to your company a 36” X 72” full color aluminum painted sign through June 1, 2021 commencing with the date that Diamondbackers receives your acceptance of this Agreement and Order Form, as well as approved and accepted artwork for the sign, and allowing for reasonable time to produce and install the sign. The sign shall be in good taste and shall not contain any language, words, slogans, designs or other materials, which, in the judgment of Diamondbackers and Ronald Reagan High School is inappropriate for a public school facility. The sign will be displayed on the football field scoreboard. The exact location shall be at the Diamondbackers’ sole discretion.
