This Master Commercial Card Agreement, which comprises the Master Terms together with any exhibits and Local Schedules attached thereto, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time (the “Master Agreement”), is made and entered into as of , 20 (the “Effective Date”) and sets forth the terms and conditions under which JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. or one or more of its Affiliates (“Bank”) shall provide commercial card services to (“Client”) who executes this Master Agreement and/or one or more of such Client’s Affiliates. Client and Bank may be referred to in this Master Agreement individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound hereby, Client and Bank hereby agree as follows:
