THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and effective this 26th day of January, 2017 between the City of Centennial, a Colorado home rule municipality (“Centennial”), and the County of Arapahoe, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado (the “County”) (Centennial and the County may be referred to singularly as “Party” or jointly as “Parties”).
