To be completed by applicants for a casual berth or mooring at the Port Tarakohe Marina. “Casual” berth or mooring means renting it for less than one month (or such other period as Tasman District Council (TDC) may agree). Applicants wishing to use a berth or mooring for one month or more must complete a Berth/Mooring Licence Application Form (available on www.tasman.govt.nz or on request from TDC). TDC’s Privacy Policy (published on www.tasman.govt.nz) applies to TDC’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
