Laney College (“Owner”) is the owner of and/or controls all rights with respect to the Property (defined below) that is the subject of this contract. Owner hereby gives permission to Condé Nast Entertainment LLC and Boardwalk Pictures, Inc. and its employees, agents, contractors and suppliers (collectively, “Producer”) to enter upon and use the property located at 900 Fallon St, Oakland, CA 94607 (the “Property”) for the sole purpose of photographing, filming and recording (including, without limitation, sound recording) certain scenes for use in and in connection with the documentary production currently entitled, “Last Chance U” (the “Program”) relating to Owner’s students (the “Episodes”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
