This will confirm that for the duration of the Collective Agreement dated July 1st, 2012, the Company will continue to extend to its employees represented by the Local, the same Pension and Benefit Plan coverage normally provided to its hourly-rated employees at other represented Electrical Services locations. There will be no benefit changes to the existing plan, however both parties recognize that with the closing of the Hamilton turbine facility it will be the responsibility of both parties to negotiate benefit provisions in subsequent rounds of negotiations
