The purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain Collective Bargaining relations between the Parties hereto; to providemachinery for the prompt andequitabledisposition of grievances; to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions herein contained and to promote the mutual interest of the Company and the Union in the operation of the Company’s plant towards a realization of maximum quantity and quality of output.
